Hygienic seals

Advanced Sealing Devices also provide hygienic seals for the industries concerned with the processing of food, drink, pharmaceuticals, personal care products and the biotech industry. We make seals that are suited for your CIP and SIP systems; we will also work together with you to identify a compatible material for your system product and also the cleaning fluids.

We also cater for high reliability hygienic fitting systems. We will design a hygienic seal that will prevent bacterial growth in the seal housing but also permit thermal expansion of the seal during high temperature sterilization and CIP.
